Norwegian black metal band from Oslo* Norway. Their lyrical content deals with anti-Religion and apocalypse. The meaning of 1349 is the year the Black Death came to Norway* which wiped out 2/3 of the population* and ended the Golden Age of Norway. Their writing and style are modeled after bands from the second wave of Norwegian black metal from the early '90s.

Their new album* Demonoir * will be released on April 26th of this year. It wil be their 5th album. This spring* they will be on tour with Cannibal Corpse* Skeletonwitch and Lecherous Nocturne on the Evisceration Plague Tour* happening during April and May. You can also catch them performing at the Wacken Open Air and Summer Breeze Open Air festivals in August.
