Abigail Williams is a Melodic Black/Deathcore (early)* Symphonic Black Metal (later) band formed in Phoenix* Arizona. They began in 2005 and now base themselves in NYC. The band's name comes from a girl of the same name who played a significant role in the Salem Witch Trials of 1692. They released a deluxe edition of their album* In the Shadow of a Thousand Suns* on January 12* 2010.
