Welcome to the maiden edition of Rock Forums newsletter. We hope to use the newsletter to keep those of you who have not visited for a while informed, and for the regular visitors, you may have missed something, this newsletter will hopefully bring it to your attention.
The first thing worth bringing to your attention is the music reviews Rod has been doing at our blog, please visit the blogs, you are welcome to comment and leave a feedback: (

The reviews will be a combination of mainly recent release Rock and Metal albums, with possibly a few surprises here and there, articles on up and coming and well known bands and watch out very shortly for the Rock Forums’ Top 10 lists! Not only have we reached the end of another year, but the end of a decade as well. So, once the year/decade is actually over we will be looking at the Top 10 albums of 2009 and of 2000-2009, as well as Top Movies of the year and decade. Much thought will need to be put into these, especially the decade! SO many great albums and movies released in the last 10 years. It’s gonna be TOUGH!
Plus don’t forget, if you are in a band, or know someone in a band, who wants some coverage on here in the form of an interview, review or both, don’t hesitate to send us a private message and we’ll do what we can. We will need a copy of the band’s latest recording, a photo of the band, maybe some background info/bio and a few moments of the band’s time to answer some questions. Easy!
Don’t forget to tell your friends about Rock Forums. We want to make it a real community based around music, with plenty of lively discussion/debate going on!
